What is Drop Yoga? The basics and the benefits

It's a Hot Yoga class that takes place in a darkened studio set to 39° heat.

In the absence of light, something we naturally associate with working out in gyms, fitness classes or even our living rooms, is taking something fixed in our consciousness and doing the exact opposite to those expectations. We’ve created an environment that feels unfamiliar and yet comforting –Some of the typical senses we use are toned down, whilst others become more acute.
